Price comparisons between the three resellers for identical products is difficult to do for this review.  In all cases they do carry new and refurbished computer components, so this review is based on products with similar function and price.

PacificGeek.com is selling a HP Laser Jet Printer; model C4118A for $169.99, which is listed for $299.99. There are 2 refurbished printers currently in stock with a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase.

• pcsurplusonline.com has a similar Lexmark Optra T642n Netowork Laser Printer, model OPTRA T642N selling for $325.00. There are 20 refurbished Lexmark Optra T642n Netowork Laser Printers in stock for purchase. Like the HP Laser this printer has a 1200 DPI and with a higher 35 PPM than the HP.

NEVER SHOP AT PACIFIC GEEK...I wish I had gone through thisreview list before I placed my order with Pacific Geek.  Initially, when I called them, they said my order will be shipped out within 10 business days. After calling them on the 11th day they said that their claim was that the order will be shipped out after 10 business days.

"I think I've just received the worst customer service in my 20 years in the industry. I think they are all on drugs over there.. I've
done a few deals in the past with them, but none for a long time. Do not order from them.. If you luck out and get your parts.. Good luck returning them..We've been trying to get a credit for 2 years.. THE WORST!!"

"They're going down hill. My company ordered from them a few times in the past going back a few years and their shipping used to be decently fast, their items were in good condition, and everything always arrived as stated. My most recent experience
seems to match everyone else's here that wrote reviews in the last few months. I placed an order in November, they charged our company's credit card rightaway, and then nothing shipped for almost a month.
